From introductions through hiring, we stay involved to help ensure a successful long-term placement.
After the hire
Most placements end at the signature. Ours begin there.
Every placement includes The First Ninety Days: check-ins with you and your assistant at day seven, thirty, and ninety, recalibrating the role as real life tests it. If it is not right, we run the search again at no charge.
