How long does a search take?
It depends on the role and the requirements. We would rather take longer than introduce the wrong person.
What does a search cost?
The fee is 20% of first-year salary, on a direct-to-hire structure. You hire directly; we run the search.
Do you place remote or hybrid roles?
Yes. Some placements are fully in person, others are remote or hybrid. The structure follows the role.
When will I hear back?
Within two business days. Every inquiry is read by the founder.
