Founded in the work itself.

JOSEPHINE was built from firsthand experience in executive and personal support.

Working in those environments taught me that what separates good support from great support is rarely obvious on a résumé. It is found in judgment, discretion, adaptability, and the ability to anticipate what is needed before it is asked for.

That understanding continues to shape every search.
